Mikey, I absolutely adore Molly Ringwald and have for many, many years. I have two scrapbooks devoted to her. I love reading your blog though so I still love you.

I am a HUGE John Hughes fan, not to mention Molly Ringwald as well. I know so much trivia about all of his movies that it sometimes scares me a little bit. Did you know they changed the original ending of Pretty in Pink? Andie was supposed to end up with Duckie, (same ending as Some Kind of Wonderful with Keith and Watts/Drummer Girl), but test audiences didn't respond as well so they rewrote it and had Andie and Blaine end up together. Also, I think I am the only person in the world who has the actual soundtrack to the movie Sixteen Candles. I have it on cassette and bought it in an independent record store in Chicago years ago. My top five favs are:
1. The Breakfast Club
2. Pretty in Pink (kick-ass music)
3. Some Kind of Wonderful
4. Ferris Bueller (I loved Jennifer Grey)
5. Sixteen Candles

5(16 Candles) 1(B Club) 3(FB Day Off) 2(P.I.P.) 4(S.K.O.W.) - from your list

But, I want to add in Vacation and Uncle Buck. Eventhough they weren't technically teen flicks, the teens in them were still very "ANGST~y." And Weird Science (but Weird Science mainly for introducing me to OingoBoingo).
