Something I Need To Get Off My Chest....
Every so often I like to mix things up and talk politics. And the thought just occurred to me (following the near-disastrous planned-airline catastrophe), and that thought was this: "Didn't the world seem to be a much calmer, less threatening place to be before the newest Bush took office?"

I guess the world seemed that way considering the president before him had his and our collective heads in the sand.
Is it just me, or did anyone notice the number of same-sex families bush had at the White House this year for the Easter festivities? Curious, I don't remember Clinton doing that at all...(snaps finger) oh that's right, Clinton was busy signing DOMA (the Defense of Marriage Act)...gosh wasn't he great?!
